Please note in the demonstration above, her final foot measurement was 23.5 and she opted for a size US7 which is 23.5cm. So you should also take into account how much space you personally like in you shoe. In this case it was an extra 0.5mm and some may prefer 1cm so may have opted for the US7.5.
A good way to double check sizing is, to look at the size chart of the brand you currently wear, check your size on their chart and find out the CM length and match the length to the Lisbeth Joe size to find your size.
The distance (in CM) is the insole length.
When in doubt, we recommend sizing up.
